Built-in Speakerphone

The display option provides all the features of the M2008 Basic, but additionally provides information such as caller ID within the office or throughout the network. It also displays interactive prompts to help use the telephone's features: time, date, length of call, etc. If a call center is programmed to use the Display Queue key, a user can see the current number of occupied agent positions, the waiting time of the longest call in queue, and the total calls in the timed overflow.
