The M2616 Telephone is similar to the 2008 series and is available with the display option. The display provides additional information such as caller ID within the office and throughout the network, and interactive prompts (time, date, length of call, etc.) If a call center is programmed to use the display queue key, the current number of occupied agents, the waiting time of the longest call in queue, and the total number of calls in the timed overflow can all be demonstrated.
