The Norstar Global Caller ID card adds four lines  to your Nortel / Avaya CICS or MICS phone system.  It also allows for the ability of caller ID information to appear.

It is compatible with the CICS KSU, MICS KSU, as well as the MICS 12x0 Fiber Trunk Expansion Module.  An open slot in the KSU or trunk module is required.
